The Adventures of Captain Underpants

As a child i didn't like to read at all because reading wasn't my thing. the only time ill read a book was only to put myself to sleep, but all of that changed once i got my hands on the book Captain Underpants by Dav Pilkey. This book is about two kids George Beard and Harold Hutchins who were trouble makers that loved to pull pranks and make inventions. They also had a school principle that was cranky and mean, and one day George and Harold hypnotized Mr.Krupp (there principle) and made him a super hero that goes around saving people in a cape and his underwear.

This book has really changed my life as a kid because it made reading a lot more fun and interesting for me. Whenever i read these books they would keep me wide awake because i would be laughing most of the time. This book made me realize that not all books are boring and dull, some can be entertaining or maybe even touching. all i know is that if i found this book very entertaining as a kid than maybe other kids will too.
