Running gives me peace
Running has always been a big part of my life ever since I was a young girl. Both of my parents were very active in sports growing up, and because of them so was I. When I was a little girl I played soccer from the age on 5 until highschool. you have to be physically fit to be able to run up and down the field. You have to be able to run and not get tired. Since Ive played soccer running has became a second nature and my number one passion in life. Not only is it a passion it is a talent. Now that Im in my 20s it has been a challenge for me to stay fit. Running helps me achieve a healthy physique. Not only is it good for me, it releases stress. Anytime I feel down I go for a jog and after i will instantly feel better. Before a jog I stretch so that wont injure myself. Scond i make sure that i am properly hydrated and most importantly i never leave the house without my ipod and earphones. When i listen to my running playlist i feel like i can just keep going and never stop! Running gives me strength to go through my day and relieves any stress that i am feeling.
